ZenTimings v1.44 released (16 August 2026)

Hi, I'm

Aytug Yayman

Software developer · C# / .NET · React

I write Windows tools for AMD Ryzen and DDR5. I also build the ERP system of a freight company.

On GitHub I go by deadfellow34 (opens in a new tab).

About

On the desktop I use C# and .NET, on the web React and Node.js.

For the last few months I've mostly been working on AMD Ryzen. First I made a fork of ZenTimings, now I'm writing ZenStation. A few fixes I found along the way also went into ZenTimings and ZenStates-Core.

On the web side I build the ERP system of an international freight company.

What I work on

  • Hardware access

SMU mailboxes, MSR, SMN and CPUID registers, PM tables

  • Memory

DDR4 and DDR5 timings, SPD, impedances, latency and bandwidth measurement

  • Desktop

    C#, .NET 10 and WPF, signed auto-update

  • Web

React, TypeScript, Node.js and Express, SQLite and PostgreSQL

Projects

The three projects I'm working on.

The source is private for now. I'm preparing the first release. License: GPL-3.0.

What's in it

  • CPU, graphics card, motherboard and memory sensors, with ten minutes of history
  • DDR4/DDR5 timings, SPD and a memory benchmark
  • PBO limits, Curve Optimizer, P-states and fan control
  • Stress test, WHEA errors and an in-game overlay

Open-source contributions

My changes that went into other projects, newest first.

  1. irusanov/ZenStates-Corecommit

I reported shifted PM table offsets and irusanov updated the table.

    05f9100 (irusanov/ZenStates-Core, opens in a new tab)
  2. irusanov/ZenTimingsmerged PR

A view with all memory channels side by side, and a debug report window.

    #106 (irusanov/ZenTimings, opens in a new tab)
  3. irusanov/ZenStates-Coremerged PR

Code that reads the version, core count and module timings from debug reports.

    #27 (irusanov/ZenStates-Core, opens in a new tab)
  4. irusanov/ZenStates-Corecommit

The APOB readout and tCCD_L layout were fixed for Zen 5 APUs.
